About Us

Damascus Road is a gospel band who hail from the shores of Helensburgh, close to the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.

Tessa Charters and Bobby Wilson are the main stay and creative force behind Damascus Road. The band has a history which spans almost a decade in which time the band have played extensively through their locality and the central belt of Scotland. The band has produced three albums during this time and has many musical influences which are evident in their material.

Damascus Road has been a vehicle for many talented musicians over the years all who have contributed to the ministry of the band and helped to reach out to the many people whose paths have crossed the band in their journey. The band are committed to spreading the word of Jesus Christ through the ministry of their songs.
